Regardless of Victor Osimhen being named within the Tremendous Eagles’ AFCON 2027 qualifiers squad for the matches in opposition to Madagascar (25 September 2026) and Guinea‑Bissau (29 September 2026), the striker is lacking from the newest Galatasaray squad to face Trabzonspor this weekend.
Experiences point out that the Tremendous Eagles ahead has not been included in Galatasaray’s matchday listing, additional highlighting the uncertainty round his present health.
This naturally raises the query: If Osimhen will not be match sufficient for Galatasaray, what’s he doing within the nationwide crew squad, although he’s anticipated to recuperate inside two to 3 weeks?
The Tremendous Eagles technical crew has maintained that Osimhen is being monitored carefully, and his inclusion is provisional, he’ll solely be part of the crew if he passes the required health assessments earlier than the qualifiers.
